It is so fantastic to see a plethora of online stores popping up offering environmentally sustainable fashion in all of it’s modern glory. I was particularly impressed when I came across European based e-shop ellecante which offers products made from natural fabrics like silk, linen, hemp, wool, cotton and alpaca. The difference with this store is that the actual designs are technically a step above your average fashion boutique, with the highest quality styling and sophistication in which consumers are drawn to in the high end fashion market.
The online store supports designers with ethical and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes and whenever possible certified organic fibres.
I am particularly partial to the works of designers Fee Heartfelt, and Lana Naturalwear.
