Eklectic Mix is a brilliant Australian label demonstrating that re-cycling is the undoubtedly the key to ultra modern, educated & conscious style. Jen from Ekelctic mix gives us a preview of her new Jewellery collection.
Eklectic Mix has a new range of handmade jewellery which has been constructed mainly from recycled materials. Materials were sourced from friends, op shops and retired pieces of jewellery. The theme nature verses industrial evolved when I found there were similar beads and pieces that could then be worked into a story. Wood represents the natural element and metal representing the industrial side. I believe reusing everything as much as we can is important. It may be simply a case of dismantling something and turning into something else that can be useful. Range is now available through my Esty store.
