Images provided to Eco Friendly Fashion by businesses and Eco Kin interviewees have been used with the understanding that permission has been given by all parties (label, photographer, artist, stylist etc.). The provider must be the copyright or licence holder or have written permission from the copyright holder to use the image/s for commercial purposes. Eco Friendly Fashion does not take any responsibility for the misunderstanding of usage rights through third parties.

Limitation of liability

Eco Friendly Fashion’s liability to businesses being promoted under or in connection with this Agreement or any collateral contract, whether in contract or tort (including negligence), will be limited as follows:

(a) Eco Friendly Fashion will not be liable for any: (i) loss of profits, income or anticipated savings, (ii) loss or corruption of any data, database or software, (iii) reputational damage or damage to goodwill; (iv) loss of any commercial opportunity, or (v) indirect, special or consequential loss or damage;

(b) neither party will be liable for any losses arising out of a Force Majeure Event

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

Promotion

Eco Friendly Fashion retains the right to publish and display any submitted stories or media in Eco Friendly Fashion’s website, social media channels and other media or exhibits.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to this page.
