Yet another fantastic eco friendly product from the shores of Australia comes Birdii, a label designed for comfort and ease.
Birdii Designs strives to produce high quality clothing that is handcrafted in an economically and environmentally sustainable manner. We love using hemp for our designs as it is strong, requires minimal chemical inputs and grows in higher yields per acre than other fibres. We also use organic cotton for its softness and it is a sustainable fabric grown without pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers, all of which are used on conventional cotton crops. Organic cotton and Hemp fabric have the ability to breathe which makes them ideal fabrics for active clothing. Our clothes are hand dyed using an Australian made low toxic hot water dyes.
Their range of yoga wear and casual cotton styles are simple and sweet. The kind of clothing you want to sleep in, stretch in, then go out to breakfast in… and because everything is lovingly handmade in soft organic cotton jersey, I don’t doubt that this gear is hard to take off! I’d be wearing it everywhere!

For all of us are responsible for the world we create, and the world we want to live in.
